WISCONSIN ALUMINUM FOUNDRY HAS ACQUIRED WABASH CASTINGS


Birmingham, Michigan – April 14, 2021 – Angle Advisors is pleased to announce that Wabash Castings, Inc. (“Wabash”) has been acquired by Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry (“WAFCO”). Angle Advisors acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Wabash in the transaction.


For over forty years, Wabash has offered uniquely comprehensive aluminum sand casting solutions from concept to completion. Wabash serves a wide variety of end markets specializing in complex aluminum castings that function to manage the flow of air and fluids.
