LEAF HOME HAS ACQUIRED TUNDRALAND HOME IMPROVEMENT
Birmingham, Michigan – March 2, 2022 – Angle Advisors is pleased to announce that Leaf Home (TM) has acquired Tundraland Home Improvement, LLC (“Tundraland”). Angle Advisors acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Tundraland in their direct partnership discussions and diligence process with Leaf Home in completing this transaction, which adds to the firm’s high level of activity in the direct-to-consumer home improvement services industry.
Headquartered in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, and serving the entire state, the company provides home upgrades that include baths, decks, and cabinet refacing.
Tundraland and its team of over 200 employees will continue to grow with the strong support of Leaf Home, which has recently been recognized as the largest home improvement company in the nation. Leaf Home currently operates more than 150 locations across North America and earned $1.1 billion in revenue in 2020.
