(“Quillen” or the “Company”) to expand its Leaf Home Enhancements (TM) brand. Angle Advisors acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Quillen in completing this transaction, which adds to the firm’s recent activity in the home remodeling and services industry, including transactions involving 1-800-Hansons, Apex Energy Solutions, Leaf Home Solutions, Mad City Windows & Baths, Statewide Remodeling, Titan Home Improvement, and First Impression Ironworks.
