OLD WORLD INDUSTRIES HAS SOLD THIER HERCULINER BED LINER PRODUCT LINE TO J-B WELD
Birmingham, Michigan – May 4, 2021 – Angle Advisors is pleased to announce that Old World Industries, LLC (“Old World”) has sold their Herculiner bed liner brand and product line (“Herculiner” or the “Business”) to J-B Weld Company, LLC (“J-B Weld”). Angle Advisors acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to Old World in completing this transaction.
Old World introduced the Herculiner brand in 1999 which created the original DIY Truck Bed Liner Kit. More than 20 years later, Herucliner is the No. 1 Truck Bed Liner brand purchased by DIY enthusiasts. Herculiner products are built to be strong, durable, and easy to apply, providing a tough, textured polyurethane coating that prevents rust without chipping, flaking, or peeling.
The acquisition of Herculiner expands J-B Weld’s consumer DIY product offering and expands J-B Weld’s shelf space across automotive, hardware, home improvement, and big-box retailers across North America.
