EIKO GLOBAL’S AUTOMOTIVE LIGHTING BUSINESS HAS BEEN ACQUIRED BY OLD WORLD INDUSTRIES, LLC
Birmingham, Michigan – August 3, 2015 – Angle Advisors is pleased to announce that Old World Industries, LLC has acquired the automotive lighting business of EiKO Global, LLC (“EiKO”). Angle Advisors acted as the exclusive investment banking advisor to EiKO in completing this transaction.
Based in Shawnee, Kansas, EiKO’s automotive lighting business (the “Business”) is a leading supplier of automotive lamps and lighting products. The Business’ broad product offering includes halogen headlamp capsules, HID headlights, miniature lamps, sealed beams, and other automotive lighting for light vehicle and truck applications.
